My approach is rooted in extensive research, practice, and experience, including over a decade of teaching at Universidad San Francisco de Quito, combined with a deep passion for psychology, philosophy, and ancestral wisdom.

Since 2012, I’ve promoted clarity and personal growth through specialized mindfulness programs based on the MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) framework. I uniquely enrich this teaching by integrating the transformative power of Yoga Nidra, which creates a profound resting and healing space within you.
